God Hates The World - You Tube Video
I do not know how many of you have seen this, God Hates The World Video on You Tube. It was posted on my Face Book wall today. It made so angry and sick to my stomach, I had to literally get up and leave my computer and take a shower. I just wanted to scream, yell and swear!( I think I did swear) Since I am home alone with no one to hear me, I had to take to the keyboard.
These people that belong to the Westboro Baptist Church are sick. They claim to be Christians. True Christians do not behave this way and teach hate.
WBC has no official affiliated with mainstream Baptist organizations.
They have taken the song "We Are The World" and made a parody called "God Hates The World". Warner/Chappel Music, who owns the rights to "We Are The World" has threatened the church with legal action.
Westboro Baptist Church has countered with, the song is a parody and is protected under the First Amendment Rights, freedom of speech and religious expression. I do not think anything teaching hate is or should be protected in anyway, anywhere!
It is no wonder why people are turning away from religion. What do you expect when you see so called Christians preaching HATE!
In my opinion they are worst then the Ku Klutz Klan and Skin Heads put together.
These people actually picket the funerals of fallen soldiers! Stating, that they deserve to die. When they protest, they get police protection. They do not deserve it!
Watch the Tyra Banks video and see how sick these people are. You go Tyra.
While writing this, I have to keep getting up from my computer. It is making me sick to my stomach.
If this is not child abuse, I do not know what is! They are teaching their children to hate. Is there not enough hate in this world already? These kind of people spread like cancer. They need to be stopped. Hate breeds hate. True Christians do not teach hate!
I hope and pray that there is a way to save these children.
I am sorry but I just can not go on. I do not want this to ruin my whole day. I will not give them that satisfaction!

And watching the Tyra video, it's sad that they even get the publicity they want to speak their views. Pathetic people with sick views don't deserve to speak them on national television, that's exactly what they want.
Ben, I did not think of that. You are so right. But I think it is a good idea to make people aware of these sick people. It may prevent someone from falling in to their clutches.
The only cure is ignoring them completely, since they live on publicity.
Will, I hope I am not giving them publicity. That is not what I meant to do!
I am seeing a number of alternative churches being built that have little to do with the conventional and most popular religions in several of the countries that I have most recently travelled. Some people are turning away from mandatory non-birth control dictates, fear of having their unyet children being born into limbo and desacration of their souls if they do not abide with the status quo.
Perhaps this is the beginning of a new philosophical and familial generational feeling involving the opinion of conventional religion.
What is next?
So many are lost and can't find true religion and make up things as they fit.
I am glad I have prophets in the head of my church with revelations.

These people are SICK puppies and should be stopped. I agree with Will, they love the attention. I believe in free speach, but this must stop.
They're not Christian, it's a cult. I couldn't watch the video, but share your anger at these sick, sick, horrible people.

Wow, the thought that they can invade the most private sanctity of a funeral, the poor families of those soldiers, it's unthinkeable... yeah i'm furious too! that should be a jailworthy crime... and then once locked up the key should be accidentally lost forever.

Those people are ignorant in every sense of the word. It IS child abuse - they are just filling their brains with hateful messages. I detest seeing people protesting at a soldiers funeral and I think they should be arrested! Isn't that disturbing the peace - and of a fallen soldier!
Real, I know. I guess freedom of religion lets them get away with this.
Tina - that is horrible. It makes me want to scream when I see that. It has happened here and it is most disgraceful. It shouldn't be allowed. We should have the right to privacy and be able to bury our soldiers in peace. It is the protesters that should have no right to intervene.

not only is it hard to believe they kept straight faces will singing that, it's hard to imagine how they thought they sounded decent enough to post that.
