Inside Job - What Really Happend
Until I saw this documentary,( Inside Job) on the financial crisis in 2008 that made millions lose their jobs and homes I thought I understood what happened. Just like many of you did.
I just watched this film and it's outrageous how these financial terrorists didn't get any prison time but instead THEY ALL WALKED AWAY WITH BONUSES.. AFTER being bailed out and crashing our economy, leaving millions without jobs and causing millions of U.S. foreclosures every year because of this criminal "housing bubble" ponzi scheme that this film describes very well. There was footage of people living in "tent cities" because of these criminals. They belong in prison, arrest them now!
The Government Works For Wall Street, NOT US!
I can not believe these people got away with all this money, some tax free and never had to answer to any of the wrong doings they did. Some were even placed into government jobs!
I got so angry watching this documentary on the worst recession since the Great Depression, I had an anxiety attack and had to leave the room and go outside to calm down. I just could not believe what I was hearing. These guys on Wall Street created this mess and never had to answer to anyone. Never did time in jail, never had to give back the money on all these bogus deals they made. They gave AAA rates to stock they knew were no good and then took insurance on them because they knew they were going to fail. So they were paid by investors for the stocks and then paid when they failed! We were told we had to help with our tax dollars and bail these idiots out. What did they do with the money? They gave themselves all big bonuses while the rest of us were losing jobs and our homes.
There is so much you need to see and hear for yourself. I am not a great writer and can not put into words and explain the appalling way our government let these disgusting pieces of shit take jobs and homes away from millions of Americans. We need to get these scumbags out of office.

I've read about this. I tried to watch the video..it wouldn't play. What bothers me the most is the fact that none of these crooks are in prison. As long as the GOP is running the Government, nothing will ever be done. Thank you.

i absolutely agree with you! i saw this movie after doing tons of research on the foreclosure crisis and what REALLY happened and it truly does make you upset, outraged and feel like it's them vs us. only by knowing the truth and letting others hear it can we all understand, grow and become better as a society.

I've seen this. It was a good documentary. I think Matt Daemon narrated it. This film did a pretty good job of exposing some of the major problems that affect us today.
Don't stop there, though. There are many other, and arguably better, documentaries on this subject and the other real problems that we need to change.

Grrr8,Tina, an up and awesome flag message of Americans as well as many more getting "Butt Hurt" by rich, fat, white guys who seem to have no conscience. I just wonder what they experience when the common man who fights for them[rich] to do like they do to us stops taking up arms for them but against them?
